Ingredients
3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp peanut butter 4 cups mini marshmallows, divided 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 cups rice cereal 3/4 cup coarsely chopped graham crackers 3/4 cup M&M'S Milk Chocolate, divided 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Method
- Melt butter and peanut butter in large saucepan set over low heat. Add 3 cups marshmallows. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until completely melted. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat.
- Immediately stir in cereal and chopped graham crackers until combined. Fold in 1/2 cup M&M'S Milk Chocolate. Scrape into greased 9-inch baking pan. Using wet hands or buttered spatula, spread evenly. Cool completely.
- Spread melted chocolate over rice cereal treats. Refrigerate for 8 to 10 minutes or until chocolate is firm and set.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over top of bars in even layer. Toast marshmallows with mini kitchen butane torch until lightly golden brown.
- Sprinkle remaining M&M'S Milk Chocolate before cutting into 16 bars to serve.
Tip: When using a kitchen butane torch, torch about 2-inch above surface of marshmallows, moving the flame constantly until marshmallows start brown.
